My rate is $150 an hour, thus $225 for 90 minutes. I do not take insurance, but I am happy to provide a detailed receipt that can be filed with an insurance provider to recoup some of the expense of using an “Out of Network” provider. Most insurance providers have a format for reimbursing some percentage of such fees. Typically, payment is made by cash or check at the time of the appointment; I don’t take credit cards.
